Are you satisfied with answers from “science” about our origins? Does it make sense that life began on this planet by random chance? Imagine you found a sports car, in the desert with the engine running. Would you assume that somehow the elements had randomly assembled? Or would you assume someone designed it, someone built it, and someone maintains it?
They tell us that the cosmos began with a Big Bang. OK– but: Where did the atoms and matter come from? Where do the laws of nature come from? Has an explosion ever resulted in something beautiful? How could it provide perfect conditions for life on earth? Explosions normally result in chaos and destruction. Such a theory does not answer the basic questions of life.
We speculate and theorize about the beginnings of life. We are told that somehow energy and compounds started life. Then over billions of years we have evolved to our present state along with all of the animals. That seems improbable given the complex nature of cells. The information contained in DNA could not generate itself. Everything about the earth, our bodies, the animals, and even microorganisms point to a Creator.
Perhaps you don’t want there to be a God to interfere in your life? Be honest with yourself. The hard evidence for God is everywhere we look.
This world with all its enormous complexity had to have an Intelligent Designer. In addition to the incredible beauty of creation, we humans have been given the capacity for love, music, and laughter. It actually takes more faith to believe the Big Bang created our universe than it takes to believe that God created it all – seen and unseen. Choose your miracle.
The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
